Affected Teaching
Not only is the Lord Jesus Christ attacked in the minority text versions, but so is God the Father. Here we have a major statement that God is not the God of the dead but of the living. Look at the passage very carefully. (Mat 22:32 MLV)  I am the God of Abraham and the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living. If you notice the passage does not say I was the God of This is because Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are alive in Heaven at the present time. The minority text versions replace the proper name God with the personal pronoun He. Once again a personal pronoun can be turned into anyone the reader wants it to be but here it is so wrong because the Bible is telling us plainly that God is the God of the living in no uncertain terms. This verse is a verse of encouragement for the believer because if Abraham is alive for over 4,000 years in heaven, then we as believers, are looking for that blessed hope in that we may be alive forever and ever. It is a shame that there is no fear of God among minority text bible translators because they turn God into a personal pronoun on the say so of two occultists, Gnostic manuscripts and ignore thousands.
